Open Question: How do I build muscle without equipment?
can anyone give write me a fitness routine for building muscle?
I am 15 and I want to build some muscle.
I can’t go to the gym because I heard it affects your height.
I want build muscles everywhere, abs, biceps.
If anyone can give me fitness routine like a circuit that I can follow, it would be greatly appreciated.
Like how many reps or sets and how many days, what days of the exercises.
